Columbia, S.C.— Economic development professionals and attorneys with Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP and Parker Poe Consulting are helping Titan Stainless establish a new manufacturing facility in Pageland, S.C.
Titan Stainless plans to create 50 new jobs over the next five years and invest approximately $2.6 million to operate a new 50,000-square-foot facility. Parker Poe helped the company negotiate state and local incentives and successfully navigate other corporate location issues as it settled on the site in the Lynches River Industrial Park.
The company was formed in 2013 in Waxhaw, N.C., to manufacture and install stainless steel cabinets, dish and work tables, floor trough, sinks and other equipment for the healthcare and food service industries. Hiring for the new facility is expected to begin in December.
