Columbia, SC – Lindsay Jackson Hutto has joined Parker Poe Consulting as a principal in Columbia, South Carolina. She helps clients advance their policy priorities through legislative and regulatory advocacy, coalition building, and meaningful engagement with public officials, business and civic leaders, and communities.
Lindsay brings more than a decade of experience in South Carolina government affairs, lobbying, public policy, strategic communications, and community engagement. She recently served as the chief advocacy officer for the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, where she led the statewide government affairs and advocacy program for an organization representing more than 30,000 members. She developed legislative, regulatory, and public policy strategies and represented the association before the South Carolina General Assembly, executive branch, and regulatory boards and commissions.

Earlier in her career, Lindsay worked as a public relations and communications manager for a South Carolina lobbying and legislative monitoring firm. She advocated for clients before the General Assembly, governor’s office, and state agencies, monitored legislative and regulatory activity, and developed grassroots networks and communications campaigns.
Lindsay earned her Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina. She currently serves on the Miss South Carolina Scholarship Organization board of directors and is a member of the Orangeburg Chamber of Commerce.
